When I saw this picture I had to scan it. I was reminded of Tallulah Morton's "Tallulah's Town" editorial in Russh and Abbey Lee Kershaw's more recent Surfer one instantly. I also thought of pretty Mermaids.

I thought it was Tallulah Morton for a second there, too. Kind of reminds me of another model, Taylor Warren, as well.

Ahh this totally gives the impression of mermaids and their beautiful & vibrant scales. The skirt is just to die for.
